About the project

Apart-complex "VIDI" is a project created by the famous architectural studio Tsytsyn, which stands out for its unique design and comfortable living conditions. The building of the apart-complex is made with the use of modern architectural solutions and high quality materials. On the facades of the building are used curtain facades of fiber cement textured panels in calm pastel colors. The front facade is visually divided into three levels, giving the building a harmonious and refined look. The first floors are highlighted by a large rustic, from the 3rd floor the panels are clad with artificial stone travertine, paired pilasters and mirrored windows, and the beauty is completed by a massive cornice on the 10th floor.

The entrance group is highlighted by an elegant three-storey portal, and the light windows of the ground floors are floor-to-ceiling. Architectural lighting gives the building a special charm in the evening and at night.

VIDI apart-complex corresponds to four stars according to the international system of hotel facilities assessment and unites 410 rooms of three categories with full finishing: SMART, STUDIO, FAMILY. The rooms offer beautiful views of the Neva River, Alexander Nevsky and Peter the Great bridges.

The first floor of the project is occupied by a cozy lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, where guests are provided with various services. A coffee shop, a restaurant with an open bar, a fitness room, a co-working area and meeting rooms are also located here. The technical floor provides laundry and dry cleaning services. The investment hotel is managed by the company "MTL. Real Estate Management". The design of public spaces and lobby was made by Studio Identity Design, an English architectural studio.

Apart-complex "VIDI" is located on the picturesque Sinopskaya embankment of the Neva River, in a convenient location with developed infrastructure. Nearby are the main city highways, and the metro station "Ploschad Al. It takes only 5 minutes on foot to get to the Ploshchad Al Nevsky metro station.
