The complex offers 27 different layouts, starting from compact apartments with an area of 29.4 sq. m. and ending with spacious penthouses on the top three floors, with an area of up to 186 sq. m. All apartments are delivered unfurnished, with high ceilings from 3.02 to 4 meters and balconies: French on the lower floors and spacious end balconies on the upper floors, with transparent glazing and slatted fences. The layouts are designed to maximize the use of natural light, with the entrance "into the light".

The sports and recreational infrastructure of the complex includes a variety of opportunities for practicing 20 kinds of sports, available 24/7. There are soccer fields, ice hockey and figure skating fields, a fencing hall, indoor table tennis courts, a 6-lane swimming pool, a martial arts center, tennis courts, a track and field stadium, basketball and volleyball courts. The complex also houses Russia's first biohacking center.

In the lobby of each building there are children's play areas, Zoom-rooms for negotiations, billiard rooms, cigar rooms, as well as lounge areas with a fireplace, creating a cozy space for communication and relaxation. The access control system is realized through the electronic key "Master Key", providing high security. The whole complex is under video surveillance, and for car owners there is an underground parking lot with a car wash.

"Soyuz" is located in the Rostokino district in the north-east of Moscow. The neighborhood has a well-developed infrastructure: 18 kindergartens, 12 schools, 3 universities and more than 20 museums and exhibition spaces are located in the immediate vicinity. Nearby there are extensive green areas, such as parks "Ostankino", "Leonovskaya Grove", "Garden of the Future" and VDNKh. The Botanichesky Sad metro station is only 10 minutes away on foot.
