The historic building, built in 1933-1938 by Soviet architect G. P. Golts, was reconstructed and given a new purpose. The building will house painting and sculpting studios, public art residences, children's clubs, interdisciplinary art studios, co-working, yoga studios, sensory recreation rooms, exhibition and event spaces, and educational centers.
