About the project

Republic" residential complex is an ambitious project developed by Meganom architectural bureau, consisting of 11 towers of different storeys, including REDS buildings designed by Steve Brown and Platinum Tower by British architects Ian Simpson and Rachel Huff. The complex is located on the territory of the old Alexander railroad workshops, built in 1869-1907, which gives the project a unique combination of modernity and history. The facades of the towers are finished with bricks of different colors, which creates an expressive visual effect. The lobbies of each tower have designer finishes, wheelchairs, pawpaws and a parcel room.

The project offers a variety of planning solutions, including classic-type apartments and Europlans with master bedrooms, walk-in closets and separate bathrooms. Bathrooms may have glass walls, and windows are enlarged with low sills. Balconies are equipped with swinging doors. Towers REDS offer private terraces on the 8th, 11th and 18th floors, in the penthouses - wood-burning fireplaces and stained glass 5 meters high. The apartments are delivered unfurnished or with White box finish.

The territory of the complex is fenced and landscaped according to the design of Gillespies bureau. The territory includes gastronomic establishments, a swimming pool and spa, a movie theater, schools, kindergartens and entertainment spaces. Each building is equipped with fitness centers, jogging paths and areas for sports. The courtyard is equipped with recreation areas, playgrounds for children, as well as specially equipped spaces for animals. In the stylobate of the complex there are commercial premises, and above the lobby there is a public terrace. An underground parking lot is provided for car owners.

The complex is located in Presnensky district, within walking distance from Belorusskaya metro station (5 minutes), and close to schools, kindergartens, stores, cafes, beauty salons and medical facilities. Moscow Zoo is 20 minutes on foot from the complex.
