The Metropolia residential complex is a large-scale project comprising seven monolithic residential buildings designed by the renowned architectural bureau Speech. Inspired by the style of brick impressionism, the complex stands out for its unique and expressive design, which reflects the grandeur of the world's largest megacities. Each building in the complex bears the name of one of these megacities: Rome, Tokyo, Berlin, Moscow, Paris, New York and London. All buildings have a height of 30 floors.

The brick impressionism style gives the buildings an expressive and unique look. The architectural concept provides a harmonious combination of modern design and classical elements.

The LCD offers a variety of layouts, mostly Euro-format. The apartments are equipped with high ceilings (3.15 m), panoramic windows that open picturesque views of the neighborhood. Inside there are compact hallways and dressing rooms. All apartments are handed over without finishing, which gives buyers the freedom to design their interiors.

The complex includes its own developed infrastructure. On the first floors there are commercial premises such as grocery and household goods stores, service organizations, offices, dental clinics and catering establishments.

The yards are closed and equipped with access control system and video surveillance. The adjacent territory is designed with landscaping and includes pedestrian paths, green areas, recreation areas, children's and sports grounds with safe rubber flooring.

For motorists there is an underground parking lot for 930 spaces, which provides convenient and safe storage of cars.

The housing estate is being built in Yuzhnoportovoi district of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow. In walking distance from the complex there is a landscaped embankment, supermarkets, educational institutions, sports facilities, a library and a polyclinic. Ugreshskaya metro station is located just a five-minute walk from the complex.
