The Logos apart-complex is a modern monolithic building with a height of 13 floors designed by the APEX architectural bureau. The facades of the complex are finished with silver-tinted aluminum panels with ventilated facades and integrated architectural lighting, creating an elegant and modern look. On the first floor is a community space that includes areas for relaxation, work, socializing, meditation, sports, entertainment and meetings.

The project offers Euro-format apartments with panoramic glazing, French balconies and multi-zone air-conditioning system. The apartments range from studios to spacious variants with master bedrooms, terraces and fireplaces. Ceiling height is 3 meters. All apartments are delivered with White Box finish and equipped with intelligent access and Smart Home systems.

On the roof of the building there is a two-level terrace with a barbecue area, sun loungers and an amphitheater, creating an ideal place for relaxation and meetings.
