The Forum residential complex is a 13-storey clubhouse comprising 46 unique apartments. The project also includes the restoration of a historical site - the Forum Electric Theater, which gives it a special significance. The architectural design of the building is by Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners and is inspired by the works of the Russian avant-garde, which is evident in the complex's complex cubic facades, which give the complex the appearance of an urban sculpture.

The club lobby houses a reception with concierge service, a waiting area with cozy armchairs and a lounge area for meetings. The project has provided separate elevators for service services, which increases the level of convenience.
