Chkalov apart-complex is a modern residential complex, which is two residential towers of 21 floors high, united by a 4-storey shopping gallery. Its design is inspired by the futuristic skyscrapers of New York and is made in a style where glass and metal predominate, creating a spectacular and modern impression. One of the features of the complex is the silent Schindler high-speed elevators. Chkalov" offers 396 apartments ranging in size from 32 to 126 square meters with high ceilings up to 3 meters and panoramic windows offering picturesque views of the Garden Ring and the historic center of Moscow, including Stalin's high-rises and the Kremlin. Spacious penthouses are located on the upper floors.

The project concept was developed by SPEECH bureau in the "residential + retail" format. The first four floors of the complex are occupied by a shopping gallery, and on the fifth floor there is a public space for residents, including a co-working area, a wellness club, a yoga and pilates studio, a lounge with a movie theater, a party room and a restaurant on the terrace. In addition, the complex provides 24-hour service.

Located in the center of Moscow, on Kursk Station Square, at the exit of Chkalovskaya and Kurskaya metro stations, Chkalov provides convenient access to all key facilities of the city.
