Architecture

Building and apartments:
Number 2 Residence consists of a five-storey building, which will feature 36 apartments of different layouts. The floor area varies from 45 to 115 m², including apartments with a living room and 1 or 2 bedrooms. All apartments are in neutral shades and fully finished, with kitchens and sanitary ware installed.

Furnishings and interior

Materials and equipment:
The internal walls of the apartments are finished with gypsum plaster with decorated suspended ceilings. Floors are covered with ceramic and marble, interior and metal entrance doors, double glazed windows (PVC). Kitchens are equipped with built-in cabinets and granite countertops, bathrooms have ceramic tiles, built-in furniture, washbasin, wall-hung toilet and shower cabin.

Transportation and proximity to infrastructure:
The complex is located in the center of the city, 1 km from the exit to Keykubat Boulevard, which provides easy access to various points of Alanya and the suburbs. Alanya International Airport is 40 km away from the complex.

Amenities and services:
Number 2 Residence features a swimming pool, gazebos, a barbecue area, a gym with a sauna, and a children's playground. An open parking lot is provided for cars. The territory of the complex will be fenced and guarded round the clock. The neighborhood space will be landscaped.
